The middle is the set of means that the brand adopt to express itself and communicate its message. The end is about the goals the brand intends to achieve.
Telling our brand story should have no secret. Still, few companies do it, and many others struggle and feel overwhelmed with the task. What needs to be revealed at the beginning of the story? What fits the story development in its middle? What makes sense to disclosure in the end?
